1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between Centrum Integrity s. r. o. (hereinafter "Lessor") and a natural or legal person (hereinafter "Client") in connection with the short-term rental of premises (hereinafter "Premises"), in particular a private spa or massage room with or without a bathtub.

1.2. The rental of the Premises is based on a reservation made via the website www.tantramasaze.com, by telephone, e-mail or in person.

1.3. These Terms apply to the short-term use of the Premises for relaxation, massage or related services.

1.4. Any individually agreed deviating terms shall prevail over these Terms.

2. Reservation and Contract Formation

2.1. The Client makes a reservation via the booking system, e-mail, telephone or in person.

2.2. The reservation becomes binding upon confirmation by the Lessor.

2.3. The contractual relationship is established upon confirmation of the reservation.

2.4. The Lessor reserves the right to refuse any reservation.

3. Price and Payment Terms

3.1. The rental price is stated on the website or communicated individually.

3.2. The price includes the use of the Premises for the agreed duration, standard equipment and usual operational costs.

3.3. Payment may be made by:

• bank transfer,
• online payment,
• cash on site.

3.4. The Lessor may require a deposit.

3.5. The reservation may be conditioned upon full prepayment.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled time: no cancellation fee.

4.2. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled time: 50% cancellation fee.

4.3. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

4.4. The Lessor reserves the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Terms of Use of the Premises

5.1. The Client shall use the Premises properly, with care, and in accordance with their intended purpose.

5.2. The Premises are designed for relaxation, therapeutic and massage purposes.

5.3. The following activities are strictly prohibited within the Premises:

• provision of sexual services for remuneration,
• any illegal activities,
• use of narcotic or psychotropic substances,
• behaviour that may harm the reputation of the operator.

5.4. The Client agrees to follow the instructions of the staff and respect the nature of the Premises as a calm and safe environment.

5.5. The equipment of the Premises corresponds to the presentation on the website www.tantramasaze.com, where the equipment of each room is specified.

5.6. The rental price includes:

• standard cleaning of the Premises,
• clean linen,
• use of basic equipment (such as oils, lava stones and other items depending on the specific room).

5.7. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the equipment or facilities and is obliged to compensate the Lessor accordingly.

5.8. The rental period begins and ends according to the reservation. The Client must leave the Premises no later than the agreed end time.

5.9. In the event of late arrival, the rental period will not be extended.

5.10. Exceeding the rental period may be charged as an additional time unit in accordance with the current price list.

5.11. A buffer time between reservations is reserved for cleaning and preparation of the Premises and is not part of the rental period.

5.12. The maximum number of persons in the spa or massage room is 2. Any additional person is permitted only upon prior agreement and for an extra fee of CZK 500 per person. Exceeding the maximum capacity without the Lessor's consent is considered a breach of these Terms.

5.13. The Premises are not intended for parties, celebrations or group events.

5.14. The Client agrees to maintain discretion and respect the privacy of the space, other clients and staff. Taking photographs or video recordings is only permitted with the consent of the Lessor.

5.15. The Lessor reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental without refund if the Client breaches these Terms, in particular in cases of illegal activity, provision of sexual services for remuneration, inappropriate behaviour or exceeding the capacity of the Premises.

6. Liability

6.1. The Lessor is not responsible for the health condition of the Client.

6.2. The Client uses the Premises at their own risk.

6.3. The Lessor is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the Premises.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

8. Communication

8.1. Communication is conducted primarily electronically.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

9.2. The Lessor reserves the right to amend these Terms.

9.3. These Terms become effective on the date of their publication.
