2. What data we process
We only process data that you voluntarily share with us, or that arises in connection with a booking, purchase, or visit to our website. This includes:
Bookings and services
- first and last name
- phone number
- agreed date and type of service
- notes regarding preferences or the course of care
- information about changes or communication related to the booking
Gift vouchers (Shoptet e-shop)
- first and last name
- phone number
- billing details
- delivery address (if required)
- purchase information
Newsletter
- name (if provided)
Communication
- email correspondence
- phone calls or text messages
- internal notes related to booking arrangements
Technical data
- IP address
- cookies (based on consent given)
- anonymised data from Google Analytics 4
Sensitive data (health status, sexuality, etc.) is neither stored nor requested.
3. Why we process your data
A) Massage bookings and client CRM care
To offer you an appointment, follow up on your previous visits, and provide care that respects your preferences and history.
TANMAYA® CRM allows us to create a continuous, personal, and safe experience.
Legal basis: performance of a contract + legitimate interest (quality of service)
B) Purchase and delivery of gift vouchers (Shoptet)
To process your order and fulfil our obligations under accounting legislation.

C) Communication and support
To respond to your enquiries, booking changes, and requests.
Legal basis: legitimate interest.
D) Newsletter and inspirational content
We send these only if you give us your consent. You can unsubscribe with a single click in every email.

E) Analytics (GA4) and website improvement
This helps us understand what people are looking for and how to improve the website. Data is anonymous and is only activated with your consent.

F) Marketing (gentle Google Ads remarketing)
This shows you offers and reminders relevant to what you were interested in - only if you consent via the cookie banner.

4. How long we retain your data
CRM - bookings and client history
"We retain data on bookings, agreed services, and client history for up to 36 months. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised."
A three-year retention period is standard and allows for sensitive continuity of care.
E-shop orders
10 years (accounting obligation under Czech legislation).
Newsletter
Until unsubscription or withdrawal of consent.
Analytics and cookies
According to settings and consent (see Cookie Policy).
5. Who we share your data with
Only with trusted partners, without whom our services could not function:
- TANMAYA® team (on a limited basis)
- external accounting office
- Shoptet (e-shop operation)
- web hosting provider
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics, Ads, Calendar)
- Cookiebot / CookieYes
- technical website and CRM administration
We never share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Transfer of data outside the EU
Google services may transfer some data to the USA. This transfer is secured by EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) - a safe and widely used mechanism.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your data
- request its correction
- request its deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- restrict processing
- withdraw consent
- object to processing
- lodge a complaint with the UOOU (Office for Personal Data Protection)
