Gift Vouchers

1. Bookings for services prepaid with a gift voucher can be made by phone or email. When making a reservation, the voucher number must be provided to the provider - without it, the reservation cannot be confirmed.

2. The client acknowledges that in the event of a cancellation, they are required to notify the provider in writing (by email) no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In such a case, an alternative date will be offered. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service, the date can no longer be changed - the client must either use the service as booked or the voucher will be forfeited.

3. The client is required to hand over the gift voucher or e-voucher to the masseur or masseuse before the session begins. If the client does not bring the voucher, the booked service must be paid for in cash on the spot. However, if a valid voucher or e-voucher is submitted within 5 days, the payment will be refunded.

4. In the event of a lost voucher, we are unfortunately unable to provide the service, due to the risk of misuse by a third party. This does not apply to electronic vouchers.

5. The standard validity of a gift voucher is 1 year from the date of purchase. The only exceptions are vouchers purchased as part of promotional offers, which may have a shorter validity period. Information about the reduced validity is always stated directly in the product description and in the email containing the voucher code. The client is obliged to use the service within this period. If a voucher expires, 50% of its value may be credited within 30 days of expiry and used solely toward the same service - or toward any service in the case of value-based vouchers. 6. Upon request, we allow gift vouchers to be extended by 6 to 12 months. This service is charged at 500 CZK for 6 months and 1,000 CZK for 12 months. A voucher cannot be extended after its expiry date. Vouchers with a reduced validity period, purchased as part of promotional offers such as Christmas or Valentine's Day discounts, may be extended by a maximum of 6 months for 1,000 CZK.
