The main part of the ritual takes place in a warm bath with roses and candles. Massage directly in the water, inspired by Watsu and water tantra techniques, brings deep release, lightness and fluidity. The warmth of the water combined with conscious touch helps the body release tension and enter a natural, peaceful state.
